Five steps. Not a framework — a loop.

1. 01 — Pick One Bottleneck

   Find the single task that is eating your time and stealing your focus.

2. 02 — Map the Handoffs

   Document what triggers the task, what it produces, and who waits for it.

3. 03 — Draft the Agent

   Write a single-purpose agent prompt. Ship it ugly. Iterate in production.

4. 04 — Measure the Loop

   Track time saved, errors surfaced, and decisions deferred. Data beats intuition.

5. 05 — Extend the System

   One working agent earns the right to hire another. Chain deliberately.
